Every season there is always one particular piece of clothing that I buy that becomes my absolute fave of the season. Something that I wear over and over (and over again) even with a closet full of other options. My favorite fall sweater that I’m currently wearing on repeat is the ruffle-neck pullover sweater from Madewell. What’s crazy is that I bought this sweater in red and that is so NOT my color. The cream version was my initial go to but I thought I’d try to think out of my neutral box and live a little with the red. I am so glad I did! I am not disappointed at all. The red sweater is not a true red since it has an undertone of orange and it’s so feminine and pretty! It also comes in olive green too but it’s been out of stock more than in stock. No matter your color, this sweater will sell out quickly. Especially that it’s currently on sale for 30% off! The sweater is a winner in my book and here are a few reasons why:
Comfy – It does not itch at all despite being a cotton/merino wool blend. I don’t have sensitive skin but regardless, a zero itch factor for any of my clothes is a must.
Perfectly fitted – it’s not fitted in that it hugs the body but if you like a boxier or roomier fit than size up. I’m wearing a small and the fit for me is perfect.
Tucks – It is the perfect length for a french tuck or a side tuck. Want to know why I like to partially tuck our fully tuck my tops and sweaters? It makes my legs look longer! This sweater is not long so perfect for a tuck!
Three colors – It comes in three colors; cream, red and olive. The red is not a true red as it has some orange to it but definitely more red than orange.
Popular – I know this has already been going in and out of stock so it’s popular. When in stock grab it! They won’t last long.
