I never watched the movie The Purge but in my mind Black Friday is similar to what that movie is about. Half of society running around the city in a crazed manner shopping and rioting. The other half of society holed up in the safety of their homes waiting for the day to end. I’ll be representing the half of society that is hiding at home until the day is over.
