TEMPORARY WALLPAPER

I’ve officially lost track of days.  It could be Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, they pretty much run together at this point.  No matter what day it is, my “social distancing” routine is pretty much the same.  Wake up, have my cup or two of coffee in the sitting room and FaceTime call Ella.  Not so much to talk to her (love you Ella but it’s not about you anymore) but I want to see that cute little puppy of hers, Hank!  After the call I head into the home office to read some work emails and make any necessary calls.  My afternoon routine varies between DIY projects, cleaning and working on the website and blog.  The past week I’ve been in the middle of the latest DIY project, updating the master bathroom.

My DIY philosophy is to do as little as possible for the biggest impact to update a space.  So far, I have painted the master bath walls and cabinets, updated light fixtures and hardware.  I’m currently waiting on a few decor items I ordered from Amazon (rug, faux plant, new mirrors and some decor).  I can’t wait to share the results!  While I wait for the deliveries to finish the main bathroom, I was able to finish the small toilet room off from the main bathroom.  In that space I installed temporary wallpaper.  The self adhesive wallpaper was the inspiration for the entire bathroom update.  I’m so happy with how it turned out.  So much better than I imagined!

It’s amazing how a small update can make a big impact in a space.  Check out what a difference the temporary wallpaper made!   If you are looking for how easy it is to install temporary wall paper check out this blog post HERE where I updated the master bedroom by putting in temporary wallpaper as an accent wall.
