Ulta Waterproof Make Up Remover vs. Sephora Waterproof Make Up Remover
After rubbing, tugging and scrubbing my face to remove my makeup every night I was always left with raw, red and irritated eyes. I finally went into Sephora and asked for a makeup remover they recommended that would “melt” off my makeup. They gave me the Sephora Collection Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover. I live close to an Ulta Store so when I needed to replace the remover, I bought the equivalent Ulta Waterproof Eye & Lip Makeup remover. The results of the battle between Ulta Waterproof Make Up Remover vs. Sephora Waterproof Make Up Remover are that although Ulta brand is .07 cents cheaper per ounce, has less ingredients and is less greasy, the Sephora brand does a better job “melting” away makeup which allows for less rubbing and their bottle design is better.
